Blackiron Building in Pueblo Will Lead the Way for Railway Tech
It’s taken several decades of planning and nine months of removing trash from a long-vacant meat packing plant to create one of the preeminent railway technology centers in the world, right in downtown Pueblo.
International Engineering is developing The Blackiron Building, a mixed-use space with restaurants, retail and more to go with the best testing and research facilities around, which already is garnering interest from business leaders around the world as Pueblo leads the way. Thanks to Ryan McWilliams (pictured, center), CTO at International Engineering, for inviting our CEO, Andrea Young (pictured, left), and Simon Tafoya, Senior Policy Director at the Governor’s Office to see the space and build excitement for one of the most exciting projects in Colorado. Stay tuned as it takes shape.
